Hosting since 2017, Chris is experienced in a variety of Short Term Rental strategies ranging from creative finance for purchasing properties, rental arbitrage, full-service management and more.

With a current portfolio spanning from South Florida to North Florida, his experience in 7 different Florida markets gives him a broad perspective on the state of the Short Term Rental market across the state with a targeted focus in Volusia & Flagler counties.
His current portfolio is comprised of properties he owns as well as properties he manages for others with a total asset value of over $10.6 million.

Chris has developed systems and automation to enable him to no longer have to focus on day to day operations and turn his focus to acquiring clients for the management side of his business and purchasing vacation rental companies.

Chris has a passion for teaching others and helping them alleviate the bottlenecks and painpoints in their businesses through systems and automation.
